THE INSPIRATION – LOOKING BACK AT 20TH CENTURY SHOP CONTAINERS
Charming and elegant hatboxes, once used to hold Panettone, are iconic symbols of yesteryear. The design for this Collection was inspired by the cylindrical containers of early-1900s, which in turn relate back to millinery hatboxes from the time of Coco Chanel.
THE PACKAGING – DOWN TO THE FINEST DETAIL
This Collection has nothing to hide: the hatbox now features Victorian-style decorations both on the outside and on the inside, just like an haute couture garment with beautiful details even on the hidden parts. The Panettone is wrapped in delicate tonal tissue paper and tied with fine twisted satin cording in two shades, to echo the colors of the packaging.
This classic-looking container goes against mainstream trends and is a testament to Sonia Design’s style. It shows the designer’s passion for detail, authenticity and beauty, even where the less noticeable interiors are concerned.
THE PANETTONE – A CLASSIC THROUGH AND THROUGH
Loison’s hatbox is a product created by four hands, not only to make your Christmas unforgettable, but also to give you something with a practical domestic use. This is the perfect container for the Classic Panettone, by name and by fact. The traditional recipe of the a.D. 1476 variety calls for premium ingredients, such as seedless raisins from Turkey and bits of candied citrus peel from citrons grown in Diamante, Calabria, and from oranges grown in Sicily. The rest is left up to the slow and natural leavening process, which “only” takes 72 hours.

THE ART OF CRAFTING STATEMENT PIECES
These large-sized hatboxes will hold either a 2, 3, 5 or 10-kilo size Panettone that will please everyone at your holiday table. The choice of the variety to include in this Collection fell on the most traditional Panettone Classico, featuring plump raisins and juicy bits of citron and orange peel.
All the MAGNUM hatboxes come in a gift bag - one for each size available - sporting the same motifs of the Collection’s boxes.
The hatboxes of the MAGNUM CAPPELLIERE Collection are part of a limited production destined, above all, to celebrate major occasions, such as banquets, events and corporate parties, in the certainty of obtaining an effect that goes beyond the customer’s expectations, while keeping the price within a reasonable range.

The Panettone and Pandoro varieties of the CAPPELLIERE Collection are prepared with carefully selected ingredients: fresh eggs, Italian honey, premium fresh whole milk, heavy cream and butter, and are flavored with pure Mananara vanilla from Madagascar (a Slow Food Presidium) and artisanal sea salt from Cervia.
