Loison introduces new tempting holiday collections at TuttoFood

The international Food & Beverage expo will be the perfect stage for the official launch of the latest Loison creations comprising not only new Panettone and Pandoro varieties, but also fine butter and fruit pastries.

Dario & Sonia Loison will greet their guests with samples of their new baked products for 2019, showcased at Stand F11-G14 in Pavilion 7, inside the exclusive and elegant space created by Sonia Design

It is not easy to contain all the ideas, projects and visions that Dario and Sonia Loison conceive daily and then literally transform into the actual sweet pastry that their company offers year after year.

What Dario and Sonia see in their mind is first formed into an idea, then is materialized into a delicious creation that will ultimately deliver joy and sweet sensations. This is also the process that the 2019 Holiday Collections went through. The new baked products will be presented exclusively at Stand F11-G14, inside Pavilion 7 of the Milan-based TuttoFood expo held on May 6-9.

 

Christmas with Loison: the new theme for 2019
Loison’s packaging design for its Holiday Collections is once again inspired by Sonia’s dreams, travels and memories.
The 2019 design theme consists of motifs featuring clothing accessories that take us back in time, when men and women used to wear elements that conveyed subtle meanings, carrying imperceptible nuances and capturing looks.

 

Loison’s new catalog features the confectioners’ latest holiday products
A lot of work went into the new 2019 Winter catalog, with as much as 80% of the Collections sporting a refreshed look. TuttoFood is the perfect stage for the introduction of the new products featuring novel varieties of Panettone and Pandoro that include tempting citrus fruit aromas and delicious fillings.

The love for good things also prompted Dario Loison to dedicate part of his company’s new catalog to pastries that will tempt customers any time of the year. We are talking about Loison’s fine shortbread cookies - available in 12 different flavors - and the Veneziana, a traditional sweet bread whose ingredients include spices that used to arrive from the Orient. This Venetian sweet bread is now available in 6 high-end versions. Alongside the above listed products, Loison will also introduce new pastry delights featuring butter and fruits, created according to ancient family recipes.
