Loison at the Salone del Gusto 2016 - Tasting and meetings

Presented to the 22-26 September Turin Taste Show, new Gourmet tastes with Slow Food raw materials and new cookies multisensory® all butter. Dario Loison at Parco Valentino to exposes the new collection Loison pasticceri dal 1938.

Also this year arrived in Turin Salone del Gusto (, an event organized by Slow Food with the Piedmont Region and the City of Turin. After twenty years of history the event was held, for the first time, open air on the Valentino Park. The tastings and presentations saw participatory and protagonist Loison pasticceri dal 1938, who presented some of its key products during the event in Turin. Panettone with Late Tangerine Ciaculli, Panettone Amarena and Classic were among the main tastings. Next to them some of the most demanding taste, reserved for the most refined palates, as Licorice and Saffron, Chamomile and Rose Panettone , Rosa Damascena and Ligurian syrup Rose. Syrup is one of the six products Slow Food used by Loison artisan. Among these we can find the Mananara Vanilla of Madagascar, the full salt of Cervia, the late Mandarin Ciaculli, Chinotto of Savona, the Bronte Pistachio and finally, as mentioned above, the Ligurian syrup Rose. A range of products and raw materials which, since 2005, characterizing the quality and sophistication with which the Loison are designed and produced.
We already mentioned Panettoni, in many flavors and quality, Dario Loison - present at the Salone del Gusto - has served to lucky guests of the Piedmont evet, butter cookies multisensory® signed Loison. A set of twelve different flavors ranging from cocoa to the Pera, from Limone to the more classic Zaletto, through Maraneo, Canestrello, Bacetto, Chamomile, Black cherry, licorice, coffee and apricot. Pause pleasure enormously popular among visitors of the Salone del Gusto.
