LOISON S THEME FOR EASTER 2021: SPRING SEEN THROUGH THE EYES OF AN ARTIST

Sonia Design’s gift to us is an example of how notable artists in the 20th century interpreted spring using the colorful world of flowers to express their innermost feelings. Each artist interpreted the beauty of nature in their own personal way and with their own style. Next to this poetry for the eyes, we get a treat for the palate: every time we bite into a Loison product, we receive the baking company’s personal interpretation of taste. THE PACKAGING – Though each flavor comes in a different paper-wrapped box, all share the same springtime theme. The season of rebirth has always inspired great artists, such as Botticelli, and musicians, such as Vivaldi. EASTER 2021: THE NEW SALTED CARAMEL COLOMBA IS HERE

The new springtime flavor of 2021 is a Salted Caramel Colomba with its enticing white chocolate glaze, topped with PGI Hazelnuts from Piedmont and filled with a decadent salted caramel sauce Made in Loison.

THE FRUTTA E FIORI COLLECTION HAS BEEN TEMPTING US WITH NEW FLAVORS SINCE 2000

With a view to continuing innovation, Dario Loison has put together a collection that brilliantly showcases a wide array of Colomba varieties featuring fruits and flowers.

The wrapping paper looks like an elegant embroidered tablecloth with motifs inspired by historical botanical drawings found in libraries around the world. The packaging is the result of in-house designer Sonia Pilla’s extensive research

All the difference lies in the skilled use of wellresearched and calibrated fragrances, created according to Dario Loison’s specific guidelines for an exclusive result.

Only top-choice ingredients are added to the enriched dough of the Colomba. In addition to two Slow Food Presidia - Mananara Vanilla from Madagascar and late-harvest Mandarin from Ciaculli - the array includes two PGI products: Lemons from Sorrento and Hazelnuts from the Piedmont region

A new digital space will tell you everything you need to know about Loison’s multisensory cookies: from the 12 flavors available to the company’s values and much more.

BiscottiLoison is the sixth website launched by Loison, following the company website, Insolito Panettone, the Press area, the Museum and the online Shop.

Just like the Travels of Marco Polo took us on a journey around the world, so has the Pastry Chef from Costabissara, Vicenza, with his new exotic varieties of Veneziana: “Apricot & Spices and “Chocolate & Spices.

 

Featuring ingredients such as vanilla from Madagascar (a Slow Food Presidium), prized black pepper, turmeric from Asia, Tonka beans from South America and choice single-origin cocoas, these new sweet breads are a tribute to the Most Serene Republic of Venice and its seven centuries of peoples, cultures and tastes.
