On March 8-10, during the ninth edition of Taste, Florence enjoyed the fragrances and delicacies of Loison’s products. On this occasion, we were greeted by friends, fans, bloggers and journalists who, year after year, come to visit us at our showroom, where they can share memories and enjoy together the delicacies that melt in their mouth.

The Classic Colomba, soft and sweet in its simplicity, the Peach Colomba with Hazelnuts and the Colomba with Lemon Cream, which wowed the foodies, were all sold out.

On March 8-10, during the ninth edition of Taste, Florence enjoyed the fragrances and delicacies of Loison’s products.

The event, which showcases excellence in taste and food lifestyle, in a venue that gives the public the opportunity to try good, healthy products. The best professionals of the international gastronomy world meet and mingle with the increasingly large and enthusiastic audiences of foodies. On this occasion, we were greeted by friends, fans, bloggers and journalists who, year after year, come to visit us at our showroom, where they can share memories and enjoy together the delicacies that melt in their mouth.

This year, our Cherry and Cinnamon Colomba and our Peach Colomba with Hazelnuts were highly appreciated. The former for its fragrance and sweetness, the latter for the delicate ingredients used. The Late Mandarin from Ciaculli (a Slow Food product), which is the main ingredient in Loison’s panettone cakes, is in great demand for the Easter holidays as well. That is why we have also included it in our Colomba, an increasingly sought-after dove-shaped sweet bread. The Classic Colomba, soft and sweet in its simplicity, and the Colomba with Lemon Cream, which wowed the foodies, were both sold out.

Thanks to Sonia Design’s impeccable style, Loison’s Colombe set themselves apart from the rest. Their carefully thought-out attention to detail in the refined packaging demonstrates the harmony between the delicate tones and the precious ingredients of the products.

Year after year, Taste proves to be an increasingly engaging experience that aims at bringing the tradition of time-honored handmade products to Italian tables. Because, as Dario Loison says, “Tradition is our main ingredient and passion is what heats our ovens. We have been creating signature confections for three generations and we bring them to tables across the world.”
