“Pinot Noir is meant for those in touch with their feelings!" So reads the poster of the sixth edition of Degustazione Sotto le Stelle (Tastings under the Stars), a yearly event that has been upholding quality and #GrandeEccellenza in Sarcedo.

Restaurant Alla Pergola took care of the organization of the event and offered the charming and exquisitely set up venue that featured plays of light, an elegant dress code and admission by invitation only. Quality was the common denominator of the evening.

Of high quality were also the selections and service of the Italian Association of Sommeliers, as they paired wines with the refined buffet. In addition to that, guests were pleased to find Dario Loison’s selection of some of his finest confections, including the new products for 2015. We are talking about Chamomile Panettone, Macarons featuring Lemon and Mandarin Panettone Creams, and Pops made with Licorice & Saffron Panettone Cream. This mix of exotic and intriguing flavors and fragrances were wonderfully matched by the evening mood.

Once more, Loison Pasticceri managed to wow everyone by offering the 300 guests traditional flavors enriched with innovative products, in line with the confectioners’ unique workmanship. The attendees acknowledged and praised the carefully-designed packaging by Sonia Pilla, who is always able to give the sweet creations the appearance and importance of a true work of art.

Excellent music and the innovative, creative backdrop offered by Eleonora De Rossi’s collection were the so-called cherries on top of the Panettone cakes.
