Our Top Line features exclusive premium ingredients. To produce our Top Line Panettoni, we use ingredients that bear the controlled designation of origin label, namely fresh eggs from safe farms; milk, butter and cream produced in the mountains of Italy; premier flour and top-grade Italian sugar. The basic ingredients are then blended in with aromatic ones, selected with great care and creativity: from the fragrant Italian wines to the candied fruit. Some of them are Slow Food certified, such as the finest cocoa from South America and the excellent Mananara vanilla from Madagascar. In order to preserve the top quality of our ingredients, we follow a slow production process, during which no additives or substances that could alter their properties or flavors are used.

The holiday-themed Collections revisit the magic of Christmas

Sonia Design believes in emotions and in the value of one’s heritage built through family traditions. For many of us, Christmas is one of those time-honored traditions. It is a special celebration that began with our ancestors and will continue long after we are gone. Loison too believes in this long-standing tradition and in the intrinsic meaning that its products carry. The bakers strive to continue honoring the legacy entrusted to them by generations before them, all the while seeking to innovate their creations and processes
