LoisonÂ’s Colomba flies to Brazil

From Japan to Brazil, the number of people who wish to learn more about the secrets of Loison’s products keeps growing. On March 10, staff from Italian restaurant Friccò located in Sao Paulo came to visit our company: their goal was to have a full-immersion experience focusing entirely on the production of Colombe and to learn more about the art of making a genuine, quality product, to disseminate the culture of panettone cakes in Brazil, to not only enjoy during Christmas, but at any time of the year.

The atmosphere at Loison’s headquarters is becoming more and more international: from the Rising Sun to Brazil, Dario Loison’s products span the entire globe in the name of craftsmanship.

The future chefs of the Artusi Institute in Recoaro discover LoisonÂ’s secrets

On March 14, students from the Artusi Institute of Culinary Education, visited Loison: those specializing in bakery, accompanied by their teachers and guided by Dario Loison, had the opportunity to actively participate in the production process, discovering the secrets of the world of taste and quality craftsmanship. Upon conclusion of the visit, they all tasted some superb Loison Colombe.

There is a growing demand for tours to Loison. In fact, at the end of January, a diverse group of 26 students from the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo - Bra (Cuneo) took a study trip to Loison’s headquarters to experience first-hand the company’s delicious specialties.

LoisonÂ’s sweetness paired with aromatic Grappa: a spirit-infused evening organized by ANAG to celebrate good Italian products

That of February 18 was a sold-out event for the Italian Association of Grappa Tasters, who came together to pair spirits with Colomba and Veneziana cakes at Loison’s headquarters in Costabissara (VI).

The evening began with a guided tour of the company to discover the secretes of pastry making, followed by the actual tasting event during which Dario Loison and his trusted collaborators displayed and offered their kind hospitality, fine products and unexpected gifts.

The Italian Association of Grappa and Brandy Tasters (ANAG) organized an evening entirely dedicated to flavors and spirits that took place on February 18 at Loison’s headquarters in Costabissara, Vicenza. The idea was to pair Loison’s confections with flavorful grappa varieties, to celebrate the spirits in an atmosphere of mardi gras. The result?
