Casa Fortuna presents extraordinary seafood-based dishes featuring Loison ingredients at a sold-out event

From Mestre comes a menu of out-of-the-ordinary combinations, skillfully prepared by Chef Tiziano Baldan, whose fine-tuned dishes of sweet and savory flavors were paired with Austrian-produced Gangl Wines

Milan couldnÂ’t get enough of LoisonÂ’s Panettone: Gualtiero Marchesi was taken in by its deliciousness too

Dario Loison has been getting busier as the end of the year approaches. His latest appointments took him to Milan, where on November 10 he attended "Let's meat again" and his Magnum-sized Panettoni went like hot cakes. On November 12, at “Vivaio meets Food”, even maestro Marchesi was taken in by the excellence of the Panettoni.

 

 

Last week, Loison Panettone was a key player at two events that took place in Milan. The themes of both events reflected the Milanese tradition and gastronomic excellence. 

 

On November 10, ItaliaSquisita sponsored an evening that centered on premium meats. The event was called Let’s Meat Again! and it took place inside the Bertini Foundation in Milan. Salone del Gusto: LoisonÂ’s strength is in the use of Slow Food products, company also wins Slow Pack 2014 award

Upon conclusion of the event that took place in Turin, we made time to take stock: we served over 100 kilos of Panettone and won an award in the Chain of primary, secondary and tertiary packaging category, "for the ability to express the history of the product with elegance and sophistication across all types of packaging."

100 kilos of Panettone were not enough to satisfy the palates of all who came to visit us at Salone del Gusto, the international event that took place in Turin on October 23-27, 2014.

Innovarea: Loison explains how to ride the wave and overcome the economic crisis

On October 23, in the showroom of Italian design company Lago in Villa del Conte, journalist Alessandro Milan hosted the presentation of a project led by Prof. Carlo Bagnoli. Of the 410 “anti-fragile companies” identified by the project, five of them were introduced by excellent entrepreneurs.

On October 11-13, the city of Milan turned into a large piazza full of refined and unforgettable flavors. For the third year in a row, Loison was there too and showcased the new 2014 Collections dedicated to Venetian Art. Many friends came to greet Dario Loison, including journalists, bloggers, customers and numerous fans of good products Made in Italy.

Milano Golosa, an event that has come to its third edition, was once again a testament to quality: about 150 exhibitors from all over Italy proved with their excellent products that this country boasts artisans who put a lot of talent and passion into their work.

On October 6, the traveling tour organized by Piedmont winemakers Terre da Vino stopped in Brescia, where the large and select audience couldn’t get enough of Licorice & Saffron Panettone and Crema di Panettone!

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! This was the leitmotif of the “La Luna tra le Stelle” (The moon among the stars) event organized by Piedmont winemakers Terre da Vino in Brescia on October 6. This was the 6th leg of a tour traveling throughout Italy, where wine has been meeting premium local gastronomy.

On October 1, 2014, Cinzia Caffidi presented her book titled Mangia come parli (Eat how you talk) inside the superb setting of Cantina Zeni’s cellar in Bardolino. Among the topics covered was the importance of the value of words and how our eating habits have changed over the last decades.

Words have value and many meanings. How has today’s food vocabulary changed?
