The International Management & Leadership course held at CUOA in Altavilla Vicentina (VI) included a tour of Loison on July 16. There, students learned about the secrets behind artisan-made confections and had the opportunity to taste samples of the Italian baking tradition

 

On July 16, a group of Brazilian students, enrolled in the International Management & Leadership course organized by the CUOA Foundation in Altavilla Vicentina (VI) from 6 to 24 July 2015, paid a visit to Loison. Two expos showcasing authentic Italian products where held in June in Fürth, Germany, and Poprad, Slovakia, respectively.

Loison Contest is now open: the comic strip is served!

After the untraditional recipes, photographs, ice cream and cake design, it's time for Panettone to take on a new form, that of Comics.

The new Loison Contest kicked off on June 24th. It is called Il Panettone in Tavola (Panettone is served) and was organized in partnership with Vicenza-based Dalì Arts School. The first three people to place in the contest will receive top-rated awards

Panettone in Tavola (Panettone is Served) is the name of the 2015 edition of Loison Contest, a professional contest in which rookie cartoonists are encouraged to participate with one goal in mind: to create art. The purpose of the challenge is to convey through cartoon drawings (including balloons) the cartoonist’s personal vision of Panettone and its taste (e.g. as a symbol of civilization, the logo of a superhero, the key to a portal into a parallel ... University of Florida students discover Loison confections

On June 15th, a group of young students traveling through Italy made a stop in the Vicenza area to visit Pasticceria Loison. They were all delighted to taste real Panettone, or "Christmas Bread", as they called it

On June 15th, students from the University of Florida (in collaboration with the University of Palermo) paid an intense and educational visit to Loison’s headquarters. The field trip was part of the university’s Study Abroad Program, now in its seventh year.
